Polyester pique is more common among polo shirts, is more breathable and suitable for hot weather albeit feeling slightly stiffer for some people. The polyester-interlock TT51 is softer, has better stretch and recovery, and smooth on both sides. Unlike the TT51, the Core 365 88181 also offers anti-microbial performance. If you prefer smooth, soft and stretchy polo shirts, we recommend the TT51. If it’s a classic pique polo shirt you prefer with standard UV protection and anti-microbial properties, the 88181 is ideal. The TT51 also comes with a tear-away label now for rebranding, while the 88181 still has a heat seal label.
