The 6410’s fabric composition is also 60% combed ringspun cotton and the rest is polyester sueded jersey. The 6210 has a set-in CVC baby rib collar while the 6410 features a set-in sueded baby rib collar. The sueded polyester component combined with combed ringspun cotton makes the 6410 notably softer than the 6210 with a smoother finish.

It’s subjective. The CVC or Chief Value Cotton t-shirt is made of 60% super soft combed ringspun cotton. The rest of the fabric material is top-quality polyester. The combed ringspun cotton is much softer and more breathable than the cotton in regular cotton t-shirts. The polyester adds to the durability of Next Level’s CVC tee. Overall this t-shirt is softer, more breathable, durable, more resistant to shrinkage, and very comfortable to wear. However, 100% cotton t-shirt does offer superior breathability due to the full cotton fabric composition, though it isn’t as durable as cotton blends like the 6210.
